With 5 days left until the May 11 parliamentary elections, SPAK has announced the number of reports filed with the Special Prosecution Office regarding election crimes.
According to official information from SPAK, as of May 5, 115 reports have been made, from political parties, referrals from the State Police, denunciations from online platforms or initiated by SPAK itself.
Out of 115 reports, SPAK announces that it has launched investigations in 35 cases.
115 indictments have been registered, including:
•Reports from political entities
• Referrals from the State Police
• Mainly initiated by the Special Structure against Corruption and Organized Crime
• Complaints from the Online Platform
• Complaints from citizens
• The reporting materials from political entities are 25.
• 35 denunciation materials have arrived on the online platform
• 35 criminal proceedings have been registered.
• And of these proceedings, 8 of them are registered primarily - that is, initiated by SPAK.
