The police still do not have any details or information, more than 24 hours after Altin Ndoc's escape.
Speaking about Ndoc's escape from the Durrës hospital, former police chief Shemsi Prençi provided some information about where the accused by SPAK for at least 4 murders and as part of a group of killers may have been sheltered and taken under protection.
Asked if Ndoci could have been hiding in Tirana, where he has lived for years, he responded with a counter-question and a comment:
"Why should he hide in Tirana? He can hide in Durrës, he can hide in Elbasan. He can go where he is more protected, where he has the warmest arms. And from what we have seen, we know that he was connected to one of the groups in Elbasan. In Elbasan, we know that there are powerful organized crime groups that operate. The fugitive even belongs to a group that is a sworn enemy of Nuredin Dumani, of Talo Çela," he said in "News 24".
