A hearing on the Gërdec tragedy has been held for several hours at the Special Court. The next hearing will take place on January 22.
In this session, Mediu and the defense lawyers requested that the "fax for Shkëlzeni" not be taken as evidence or that an expert examination of the calligraphy be conducted.

Bumçi has called it a fraud committed by the former secretary. We have also made a request for the experts who have done the examination of the explosion.
"Bumci's secretary has not been found, we searched again for Aldo Bumci's former secretary. If she is abroad, they have her in TIMS; if she is in Albania, they will find her," said Mediu.
The media outlet is accused of abuse of office, as, according to SPAK, the procedures for establishing the dismantling factory in Gërdec, near a residential area, as well as those for ammunition, were violated.
