It all started when Ines Jaho offered to buy the apartment he owns on the 10th floor of the building.
In the Paris Municipality area of Tirana, the famous singer Ardian Trebicka tells a story that he has left outside his apartment for three years.
According to him, it all started when Ines Jaho offered to buy the apartment he owns on the 10th floor of the building.
Believing that the sale was only a matter of time, Trebicka allowed Jahon to enter the apartment to make some adjustments. But the deal was never finalized.
When the time came to sign the contract at the notary, the process was interrupted and the case ended up in court.
"At the end of 2022, I wanted to sell an apartment I owned due to a family health problem, a friend of ours approached me. The request was to enter the house and make the arrangements according to her wishes, I told her okay, we don't do documentation, I'm waiting to do the liquidation and closing of the contract. A month passed, two, three passed, January came, I was forced to tell her that we together should make a one-month contract that within that time we should liquidate the property. At that moment, the claim appeared that the property was MND according to the notary Dhimitra Qarri, because we were doing the documentation there. But, the biggest surprise was that on February 8, we were going to sign the contract, while on the 7th, Mrs. Ines Jaho had opened two lawsuits. One was for the return of the investment she had made in the apartment, which I don't have any documents for that investment, I allowed her to make the investment because she was going to buy it. "The other trial was about freezing property," the singer said.
Ines Jaho sued Ardian Trebicka, demanding the return of the alleged investment and the freezing of the property, while she continues to live in the apartment without a lease or sales contract.
"She hasn't been free for three years. The lady is staying without rent, without a contract. Outside any kind of law, outside any kind of rule. I've also gone to the Prosecutor's Office and they told me you're in court. I've also gone to the police, you're in court. Today, for example, a letter came from the Prosecutor's Office that the lady has left because her bathroom is leaking. And she took me with my bathroom, which is leaking, so that I can fix my bathroom and she can continue to stay in peace, you understand?", he explains.
According to Trebicka, during these three years, he has had access to his apartment only twice, and only in the presence of an appraising expert.
He claims that the investment amounts requested by Jaho are inflated and without tax receipts, emphasizing that she also holds the position of advisor to the Minister of Finance.
Meanwhile, Trebicka says that she has suffered a financial loss of at least 1,000 euros per month, the amount she would have benefited from if the apartment had been rented out.
On the other hand, Ines Jaho gives a different version of the event.
In a telephone conversation, she states that it was Ardian Trebicka who made excuses for not signing the sales contract with the notary, even demanding rent payment for an apartment that she claims she would buy.
Ines Jaho: I'm currently sick with a fever, but we can watch this on our mobile phones. You can't come and film someone's door with a camera, it's illegal.
Journalist: Do you own the apartment?
Ines Jaho: You're interrupting me again and we'll start from the beginning.
Journalist: No, no. We're not going to start from the beginning. We just want answers.
Ines Jaho: When we were at the notary's office, Mr. Trebicka started making up all sorts of excuses for signing the contract. Then, he asked me for one month's rent, even though I was going to buy it, but I assured him and the rental contract stated that this rent would be paid until the sale and purchase procedures were completed. Mr. Trebicka was called by the notary several times, come and resolve these disputes you have and he did not show up./ STOP
