SPAK today made a public response to the intervention and seizure of materials on the computers of 3 special prosecutors, an event it says occurred on March 12, 2025.
Journalist Xhevahir Zhabina, commenting on SPAK's statement that two people were arrested, stated on the show "The Unexposed" on MCN TV that the Special Prosecution Office, as is rare, does not have charges against the two arrested people and raises questions about whether SPAK has been honest in today's reaction.
" Someone from the institution has given them the password to get in, but this seems difficult to me."
SPAK says that there was interference on March 12, not that it happened before. What I see as problematic in this story is that these files were taken, these things that the Special Prosecution Office does not explain to us and things remain unclear.
"From the Special Prosecution's side, as is rare, we do not have charges against these people and it raises questions about whether SPAK has been honest in its reaction. It should have been more honest because it is the most important institution and this is a touchstone ," said Zhabina.
