DIA is Kastriot Ismailaj's company that would collect CEZ's debts. But the debts were completely fictitious, the DIA company only presented documents and CEZ transferred the money to the account. What is the role of Ilir Meta? The administrator and owner was Kastriot Ismailaj, Meta's close friend. While the executive director was Elvis Mataj, who allegedly became the collaborator of SPAK. He was one of Ilir Meta's most reliable men, but they got caught on the street during the shopping. He was the chairman of LRI in 2005. So the two people from Meta manage the DIA company. After DIA's contract was terminated, it took the case to arbitration. It's good that they stole our money, but they wanted to continue the theft even in arbitration. They later withdrew, but during this process, the representatives of the company that had contracted to protect our interests said that Ilir Meta has demanded large sums of bribes from the DIA company, a statement which was denied by Meta. But it's on file. Jozef Hejsek, who is the former CEO of CEZ, said in the arbitration process that Meta took Kastriot Ismailaj to DIA, so he presented him as his man. This statement coincides with two statements by Dritan Prifti and Sali Berisha. The priest said that Meta was traveling to Prague precisely to finalize this bargain between CEZ and DIA. In 2015, Sali Berisha did the surprising thing and held Meta accountable by saying: Who authorized you to travel to the Czech Republic to finalize such an agreement without my knowledge.
