
The heavy rain that has fallen in the last 24 hours has caused the water level of the Ishem River in Fushë Kruje to rise significantly. Currently, there are no reports of flooding or problems, but if the rains continue, the river risks breaking out of its bed and subverting some villages such as Murqina, Mallkuci, Derveni, Likmete.
Meanwhile, the Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, has made a report on the weather situation. Focusing on energy, she said that currently 18 feeders are out of order, where the Kavaja area is currently a problem. So, in the region of Fier, namely in the station of Kuta, a problem has appeared with the electric motors of the pumps, where the team is working intensively to repair it as soon as possible.
According to Balluk, in the port of Durrës and Vlora, the situation is normal and no delays are expected for departing ferries. In the same line, the situation at the international airport "Mother Teresa" and the international airport of Kukës is presented.

The territory of the country has been engulfed by intense rain for several hours. All the dependent structures of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy are in the field, in order to act in time against any problem that may appear. Referring to data from the field, the situation is presented as follows:
SUPPLY OF ELECTRICAL ENERGY
Currently, there are 18 feeders out of order, where the Kavaja area is currently a problem. The High Voltage Brigades intervened in 15 35kV lines and substations, restoring energy to areas where problems appeared. The lines of Hidrovores and institutions of special importance are in full operation. In the power transmission lines and OST substations, the situation is calm and without problems. As a result of the rains, there has been an increase in flows in the Drin cascade, while measures have been taken to prevent discharges. The situation in the three hydropower plants is presented:
Fierze: Level 266.43 m; Flows 200 m3/s
Koman: Level 172.55 m; Flows 240 m3/s
Vau Dejës: Level 74.40 m; Flows 30 m3/s
ROAD ACCESSES
Currently, traffic is running normally on all the country's road axes, despite the ongoing rain. All work groups are in the field cleaning the axles from the fall of stones or inerts, to guarantee the continuity of the movement without problems.
WATER SUPPLY
In the Fier region, namely at the Kuta station, a problem has appeared with the electric motors of the pumps, where the team is working intensively to repair it as soon as possible. In other regions, the water supply situation, as well as the wastewater treatment plants, are in optimal conditions.
PORTS AND AIRPORTS
In the port of Durrës, the situation is normal in all 3 terminals. No delays are anticipated for departing ferries. In the port of Vlora, the situation is calm. There are no restrictions and suspension of fishing vessels and small craft, while international shipping vessels are continuing to operate normally. At the international airport "Mother Teresa" and the international airport of Kukes, the situation is calm and without problems.
