Today, the session at the Special Anticorruption Court for the "Sterilization" case has started, where Judge Flojera Davidhi will decide whether to pass the file for trial, whether to return it to SPAK for completion of investigations or whether to dismiss the charges against the 9 defendants.

The defendants in this process are 9 people, two of them were sentenced to prison. Specifically, former Deputy Minister of Health Klodjan Rjepaj and businessman Ilir Rrapaj.
Two others have been placed under "house arrest", while the other 5 people, including former health minister Ilir Beqaj, are under "compulsion to appear".
Over 9 defendants are accused of "Misuse of duty", "Fraud", "Forgery of documents.
