The affair with the Partizani complex, SPAK takes Andia Pustina as a defendant for money laundering
Andia Pustina has been charged by the Special Prosecutor's Office, related to the investigations into the privatization of the former Partizani complex.
Pustina is accompanied by lawyer Klodiana Gjyqzari, who also represents former prime minister Sali Berisha, who was officially charged with corruption.
After the accusation was communicated to the former Prime Minister Sali Berisha and his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi, the businessman Fatmir Bektashi and Xhimi Begeja, SPAK has decided to communicate the accusation to Pustina, who was considered as trusted in the "Home Plan" business, created with a verbal agreement between Bektash, Malltez and Begeaj.
Referring to the testimony given by the businessman Bektashi, Pustina was preparing the documentation, both in legal and financial aspects for the company.
"All the acts related to the activity of the company "Homeplan" from the financial and legal side were prepared by Andia Pustina and I only signed them. I want to clarify that the company "Homeplan" has never had a cash register and everything, every financial action was carried out through bank accounts. Dividend withdrawal is also carried out in the same way. Even in relation to the decision-making of the company "Homeplan" I do not have any role, that is, to express an opinion about the company's decisions. So I did not participate in the decision-making process, but I only signed those compiled by Andia Pustina. For the signing of every act related to the "Homeplan" company, I go to Andia Pustin's office, which is located in front of the University book, and sign them there.
