"Aggression and signs of nervousness", sociology shows the effects of

Sociologist Entela Binjaku has spoken about the closure of the Tik Tok social network. She said that parents and children should use it to take care of the mental health of children, damaged precisely by these social networks.

"I think that children learn more from what they see than you tell them. When the parent himself is quite determined to stay as little as possible on social networks, he helps the child, he is a better model", said the sociologist for "Euronews Albania".

According to a report by Kepios, which deals with the study of online networks, in Albania, TikTok has over 1.5 million users and 35% of users are between the ages of 12-25, making this the dominant age group in the use of the platform.

Closing these networks for sociologists will affect their emotional state.

"They show nervousness, become aggressive and seek to create the same good state. Many children will be looking for another platform that will be just as attractive. Attending different courses, outdoor activities, will help children to have a healthier life and be more interactive with each other face to face", said the sociologist.
