Blerim Hoxha is a citizen from Kosovo, he is a representative of the company "Tosk Energy", a business that later took ownership of the refinery in Ballshit, through the company SPD. He has connections with both lines that finance the campaigns, even Mr. Rama, and Mr. Veliaj ", said Xama.
