The Academy of Shepherds, the Academy of Fashion and the 39 professional schools

Bablok should not talk nonsense about opening an academy, but alleviate the crisis of the fashion sector, by reimbursing losses from the artificial fall of the Euro, reimbursing 40% of electricity and 30% of the increase in the price of raw materials, as he did with concessionaires and oligarchs building towers for iron, cement, timber, as well as with thieving customers called "Strategic Investors"...

On November 5, 2021, the former Minister of Agriculture, Frida Krifca, known as the "Flower" of Bablok, declared in the parliament that for the modernization of livestock and the prevention of the departure of employees of this sector, the Academy of Shepherds will be opened; statement with which humor continues to be made.

On January 17, 2024, in the meeting with the representatives of the fashion business, Prime Minister Edi Rama said that the government has decided to open the Academy of Fashions, to stop the prevention of the departure of employees of this sector, a statement about which humor has started on social networks .

Regarding the Fashion Academy, Babloku knows very well that the departure of fashion workers is not stopped, nor is their number increased, by opening a craft academy.

First, the concrete help should be the support of this business in the removal, or 50% reduction of the import-export tax of raw materials, equipment and products; removal of VAT, soft and long-term credits guaranteed by the state, wage subsidies and insurance for new employees.

Secondly, if the government wants to alleviate the crisis of the fashion sector, which is the largest employer in Albania; let it reimburse losses from the fall of foreign currencies for bank loans and contracts with the foreign market.

To refund 40% of the electricity and 30% of the increase in the price of raw materials, as he did with concessionaires and oligarchs building towers for iron, cement, timber, as well as with thieving customers called "Strategic Investors".

Thirdly, if Babloku has decided to finance the training of employees of the fashion sector, such as tailors, shoemakers and haberdashery, there is no need to mock the alleged opening of an academy, because there is a wide educational base for several professions, while millions of Euros of the Academy , to give businesses a license, as support for maintaining the workforce.

In Albania there are 39 vocational secondary schools in the prefectures; while in Tirana, there are also 4 Vocational Training centers, with 3 and 6 month and 1 year level courses for some professions.

But in none of the 39 professional schools, for which the government finances 22 million Euros per year for pedagogical staff and basic material, there is no branch for fashion professions.

Even every year, the government gives 2 million Euros to the association of artisans, disguised as the National Chamber of Artisans, but in fact it is the business of the con man Luan Bregasi, who fills out false forms as if he trained new artisans.

So, Babloku doesn't have to make a show with brochkula for opening a fashion academy, but to support them with fiscal ease, while at the professional level, he opens a fashion branch for tailors, shoemakers and haberdashery.

And what Bablok should not do is this: - To stop the mafia scheme, which they have been doing for 3 years with the Governor of the Bank, Gent Sejko and the offshore and money laundering mafia, devaluing the Euro, the currency with which the companies do business they have bank loans and contracts with foreigners. / Pamphlet
