This is how the trafficker Kristian Boçi was allowed to use the seized assets, among them the luxury car, seized on June 28, 2024, as part of his assets, the source of drug activity and money laundering.
It is about the luxury car "Mercedez Benz GLE", with license plate "AA 334 RP", discovered to be used by trafficker Kristian Boçi, after the accident that happened on September 14, 2024 in Lushnje, where fortunately there were no serious consequences for him and two his children.
In the list of 19 seized properties, land, olive groves, shops, restaurants, bars, villas, HEC, fuel, apartments, commercial units, hotels and others with a total value of 50 million Euros, there is also a luxury car worth 137 thousand Euros.
But the road accident showed that this car, although it has been seized for 4 months by the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana by court decision and has passed under the administration of the Agency of Seized Assets in the Ministry of the Interior, it turned out that it continues to be used by the seized trafficker Kristian Boçi .
Logically, he did not keep the car by force, but kept it in use, in a bargain with the bosses of the Seized Assets Agency directed by the gangster Idriz Haxhia; while the police, who have the license plate of this car in the list of seized vehicles, have allowed Kristian Boçi to use it freely.
Even after the accident, the police did not block the car, a fact that proves that the order to release the car was given by the bosses in the Ministry of the Interior, with whom trafficker Kristian Boçi has strong ties of interest.
The only thing that the Minister of the Interior, Ervin Hoxha, and the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana should do is this: verify who allowed trafficker Kristian Boçi, the seized car, and why they did not block it after the accident.
