Journalist Armand Bajrami has stated that the members of the criminal groups mentioned in the SPAK file are people who have much more power than the deputies, in the areas they cover.
Bajrami said that these group leaders also lead institutions.
"SPAK's operation discourages these groups, but don't expect the effects in one day. Until SPAK was created, every employee, in every office of the country, signed every document that was brought to him at the last moment. While today it happens much less, because the officials saw that they could end up in Court or detention", said Bajrami.
He called SPAK's latest operation a positive step.
Regarding the de-conspiracy of the operation, Bajrami said that many of the names included in the file were abroad. "I don't believe that there was a de-conspiracy, but many of these characters were afraid of these arrests", said Bajrami in "Open" on News24.
