Lawyer Saimir Vishaj has come out against the Minister of Health Ogerta Manastirliu, saying that the issue of the former secretary of the Ministry of Health is not only an individual responsibility.
Invited to Top Story, Vishaj made accusations against Manastirli where he emphasized that the secretary of the ministry was recruited and not chosen as a result of her merit.
"A minister comes forward and says individual responsibility, no my friend because here the responsibility is not individual, this is the responsibility of the recruiter. This secretary did not come as a result of her merit, you recruited her, the responsibility here starts from the recruitment. In fact, as far as I have information, he was punished by the CEC - because he participated in the elections by sponsoring. We say the money is 300 thousand lek, but it is 3 million lek of the old ones", said Vishaj.
The lawyer also criticized the head of SPAK, Altin Duman, as according to him information leaked from the institution.
"The director of SPAK, who is Mr. Dumani, where we had leaks of information, SPAK was exposed in these types of corruption. You notified the prime minister. The leak of information that this subject should have kept secret does not need to be told to the Prime Minister", said the lawyer.
Meanwhile, Vishaj complimented SPAKU for his first case of arresting an official.
"SPAK should not always be cursed. It is the first time that an official has been handcuffed for the work he does or for corruption. This is the first time and should be congratulated", said Vishaj.
