A 3-story building in the Theth area, where the demolition of what are considered illegal buildings has been ongoing for 1 week, will be bombed with TNT.
This is the solution that will be used to demolish the last building in one of the protected areas, where according to the Prime Minister there were over 100 illegal buildings.
The engineering forces are engaged in placing TNT in the 3-story building, which is the last of a series of mostly wooden houses that have collapsed since Edi Rama declared them illegal.
Residents of the area have opposed the actions, in some cases there have been tensions and clashes, but it seems that IKMT, supported by the State Police, has carried the action to the end, bringing down the last building with TNT.
