Fatjon Softa, security expert, commenting on the DP's statements about vote theft or manipulation in the May 11 elections, said that SPAK must react and take every statement into consideration.
Softa said that the DP and Sali Berisha must present evidence, while SPAK is in super-examination in this process.
In the Report TV studio, Softa said that normally in a democracy the loser accepts defeat, congratulates the winner, reflects and withdraws.
"I don't think Berisha will resign, as he himself said that there will be no steps back. The opposition has gone through a series of factions and divisions. His claims must be proven for vote theft or the claims he has. Berisha must prove his rhetoric. But you can't dictate a political force, the ones that should intervene are the institutions, such as SPAK, which can or will express itself. It is she who should speak. He should congratulate the winner and accept defeat, as happens in democracy, but this has not happened in Albania in three decades," he said.
