The appeal postpones the decision on the return of Elton Qynos' equipment, the lawyer: SPAK is not interested in the materials, it wants the news source

The Special Court of Appeal has postponed to Saturday, January 6, the decision on whether or not to return family and work materials to "Ora News" journalist Elton Qyno. 

SPAK has seized two phones, two computers and other professional materials, after the journalist's refusal to reveal the source of information for the news that Qyno has published.

At the end of today's session, lawyer Dorian Matlija stated that the prosecutor himself stated in the courtroom that he has no interest in the seized equipment, but asserted that he only wants the source of information from the journalist Qyo.
