The bargain between Commissioner Brunilda Bektesh and Alma Faskaj for the dismissal of prosecutor Ndini Tavani is proven.
The Independent Qualification Commission has dismissed from office the prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana Ndini Tavani, candidates for the Special Anticorruption Structure.
The decision for prosecutor Tavani was not made by a majority of votes, as one of the members of the jury consisting of Roland Ilia, Alma Faskaj and Brunilda Bekteshi was against it.
But apparently Ndini Tavan's vetting has been manipulated and turned into a Bazaar by the two commissioners Alma Faskaj and Brunilda Bekteshi.
His dismissal was agreed in advance between the two commissioners Bekteshi and Faskaj, possibly influenced by hostile, political or organized crime rival groups and therefore SPAK must investigate.
