Analyst Mentor Kikia has stated that it is neither the end of the opposition that Sali Berisha is under "house arrest" nor the end of the Freedom Party that Ilir Meta has been arrested.
He said that an opposition without Berisha can get a lot of support in the elections.
"Two political parties that make up the largest opposition coalition, enter the elections, in principle, they will not be in high political positions tomorrow. This can serve people who can support an opposition without Berisha. An opposition without Berisha can get a lot of support. It is not the end of the opposition if Berisha is under house arrest, nor is it the end of PL that Meta has been arrested" , Kikia told "News 24".
As for an alternative besides DP and PL to overthrow the existing government, Kikia said that she does not see one.
"I still don't see a convincing alternative to replace the ruling party. I am talking about alternatives, because the party has many. "Alternative means convincing the citizen to vote for this party to overthrow the existing government," he said.
Regarding the opposition's aspiration regarding the technical government, Kikia stated that it would be the best solution, but added that Prime Minister Rama will not accept it.
"In conditions where elections are unacceptable, a technical government would be the best possible choice. He does not believe that Rama will accept it because it would remove many instruments from his hand that create favors in the elections. The technical government means that it will not give bonuses, it will not distribute money, nor will it make tenders. "A technical government has the task of managing only the electoral process and the government in power, such a government is of no use," said Kikia.
