The head of the Albanian Road Authority, Evis Berberi, a close associate of the Minister of Infrastructure, Belinda Balluku, arrested by order of SPAK, had a close relationship with the two businessmen since 2018.

Journalist Klodiana Lala said that Berberi was arrested in the line of duty and that the arrest decision was signed on March 7.
