During the investigations of the special prosecution, the agendas of the BKH have discovered an invoice where the company Arlo Travel Blu Tour Operator sh.pk was paid from the bank account of the company DAAM SHPK in a second level bank, with a value of 5,000 Euro.
According to the verifications carried out by the BKH agendas, it turns out that the company "DAAM" sh.pk has paid this amount for a tourist package for citizen Evis Berberi and his family (wife and two minor children).
The tourist package for the head of ARRSH Evis Berberi and his family, included the trip by plane from Tirana to Antalya, which according to the investigation results that the departure was made on 12.08.2020 and the return on 22.08.2020.
This prize included accommodation at Regnum Carya Golf & Spa Resort in Belek, Antalya, Turkey, with a Luxury room, along with Luxury all inclusive food.
From the minutes of the inspection and the receipt of data from the TIMS system, it results that the citizen Evis Berberi, his wife, Adela Ruko, as well as the two minor children, on 12.08.2020 have left the territory of the Republic of Albania through the border crossing point Rinas, with the "Charter-Antalia 670-ll" line and entered the territory of the Republic of Albania on 22.08.2020, through the Rinas border crossing point with the "Charter-Antalia 670-671" line.
During the control of Evis Berberi's apartment made on February 20, 2024, considerable sums such as 15,675 euros, 3,075 pounds and 1,436,000 lek were found.
