Today, the two cousins Florian Muka and Klajdi Muka have been left in prison for the murder of Grei Bihuci.
The court issued the decision of arrest and imprisonment for the two young men, who are accused of premeditated murder under qualifying circumstances in cooperation. The minor Klajdi Muka will be sent to Kavaja prison, while Florian Muka will be sent to Fier prison.
The minor's defense lawyer, Ervis Goxhaj, in a statement to the media, claimed that Klajdi Muka was not active in the event and left as soon as the conflict began. The case for him will go to Appeal and he will be asked to be supervised by his parents.
" The security measure was given today for both the FM citizen and the minor that I was protecting, for both of them they were "prison arrest". The prosecution body for the minor that I was protecting did not bring any evidence. Apparently and from the place of the event and the dynamics, it has been proven that the FM person committed the criminal offense with a knife and when he left, a knife was also found on him. While the minor that I protected in conflict with the law, is not active in the event, on the contrary, it has started the conflict has run away.
The prosecution has claimed that the minor hit one of the people with a punch booster, but in fact, according to the statements given by the FM assassin, he was hit in the head with this booster. The place, the dynamics do not correspond with the prosecutor's statements. I think that the court's decision was not correct, we are talking about a person who is 16 years old in school, so he is in the process of education and in the juvenile code all the provisions clearly exclude him, when there is no convincing evidence and doubts convincing for the commission of the criminal offense." - said Goxhaj.
