"Those who go to SPAK are seen as involved in affairs", Hazizaj:

"Justice reform is a rushed process."

This was stated by lawyer Sokol Hazizaj in a live broadcast on the News24 lunch program, highlighting the problems faced by the justice system after the reform.

"I have long said that the justice reform has been a hasty process that has disrupted the architecture of its governance, or has expanded in such a way that those bodies that govern justice either gave way in their functioning or did not have a clear functioning of their own. The reform was done for the public's perception of justice, the first dimension was the good governance of justice and the second the standard of justice delivery.

It happened that the number of justice governance bodies increased.

"The political power should have reacted to improve and increase the standard of judgment. Today we have overloaded courts," he said.

Hazizaj also focused on the Anti-Corruption Commission led by Fatmir Xhafaj. The lawyer also pointed out that all persons who are seen entering the doors of SPAK or GJKKO are often seen as convicted and prejudiced, a fact that according to him has also been influenced by politics and statements coming from politicians, whether those of the majority or the opposition.

"The commission was suspected of being a commission that would hand over SPAK, GJKKO, etc. I think that this perception should not be like this and it does not have to be. It is true that SPAK and GJKKO have a burden, but this burden comes due to unstable policies in relation to the judiciary. The "Gate of Hell" through politics has also been transformed into the gate of gossip. Whoever enters there is seen as incriminated, as convicted. Those who go there are either seen as involved in a criminal offense or to be convicted. All conferences from politics are not in the sense of justice but of blame," he said.
