Lawyer Arben Llagozi has made a very strong statement regarding the accusations against Olsi Rama for the Xibraka laboratory.
Gazmet Bardhi produced evidence showing that the car, which entered and exited the laboratory, was used by the prime minister's brother. There was also a lawsuit to dust off the file that was suspiciously closed nearly a decade ago.
But according to lawyer Llangozi, a real scandal happened with that file. On social networks, he also gave details of how Gazmet Bardhi secured the file.
" Yesterday, a megascandal happened in the Special Prosecutor's Office. You are aware that Gazmet Bardhi has filed a complaint against the brother of the Prime Minister of the Republic, Olsi Rama. Gazmet Bardhi was informed of this fact by a member of the KPA, who gave the complete booklet to Gazmet Bardhi and then compiled the corresponding request to start the investigation against Mr. Olsi Rama. This criminal report made by Gazmet Bardhi is undoubtedly proven. This investigative file existed before, but it was hidden by the Prosecution of Serious Crimes ," he said.
However, according to the lawyer, when SPAK prosecutors received the file, after Bardhi's accusations, they were "shocked" by what they saw. The file had been slaughtered, after the fascicles had been removed. It lacks environmental monitoring data and a photo of the unknown person, i.e. the famous 45-year-old. In short, the evidence against Olsi Rama has disappeared.
" But what happened? At the moment Mr. Bardhi filed the criminal report, the prosecutors were ordered to take the file. They are scandalized by what they have seen. They have established that the investigative file, now suspended, has missing vials. So the investigative file in charge of Mr. Olsi Rama has disappeared. But who was the author and beneficiary of the disappearance of this investigation file? Surveillance reports and photos of persons who were suspects and for whom identification has not been made have disappeared from the files. For this reason, it remains to be seen what will happen in the future ", says the lawyer.
According to him, it is impossible for SPAK to continue the investigations against Mr. Olsi Rama, since the documents no longer exist. / Pamphlet
