The protest of the residents of Thumana started with clashes, where the citizens clashed with the police.
Residents of Thumana, Kruja and surrounding areas want to have access to the Thumana-Kasharë highway.
The residents have the same request and have expressed that they will not stop the protests until a solution is reached. They emphasize that their costs have increased and accuse Prime Minister Edi Rama of being a racist and not loving northerners.
Meanwhile, the protest was accompanied by a large number of policemen and was supported by senior leaders of the Democratic Party.
