Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha risks the "house arrest" security measure, while Democrat Luciano Boçi considered the accusations against him for the privatization of the former Partizani complex to be political.
In the studio of the show "3D", on RTSH, Boçi said that SPAK's request to change the security measure is "legal absurdity". According to Boc, there must be new facts in order to increase the security measure.
“Berisha is calmer in the way the events have developed. It has now completely passed into the political plane as it has been legally consumed and now the accusation has gone political. There is a legal absurdity as it goes for the removal of immunity when there is a measure. There is a court decision 'obligation to appear' and this measure must be repealed first and then the prosecution request another measure. They have fallen into the abyss of the request that Berisha has made from the beginning. As he is an MP, the movement restriction had to go through parliament.
