Analyst and publicist Ergys Mërtiri has spoken about SPAK's request for the arrest of former prime minister Sali Berisha.
According to him, SPAK is acting in comfort with what it has done so far, while for the former prime minister, Berisha said that he is leaving the Parliament himself, disobeying the court's decision.
Sakaq stopped at the chaos in the Assembly, where he said that what Berisha is doing in the Parliament only disrupts the opposition, adding that this situation only serves Prime Minister Edi Rama.
" This measure is not to remove Berisha from the Parliament. Berisha is leaving by himself, disobeying the court. If Berisha does not agree with the court's decision, he should have taken it to the Constitutional Court. But no, he says 'I am the Constitutionalist myself'. SPAK has acted in accordance with what it has done so far. According to SPAK, Parliament is asked about two things. What Berisha is doing in the Parliament only disrupts the opposition, not the majority. Rama is even copying the approval of the budget in this way. All these serve Rama. Only Berisha invented civil disobedience in Parliament. Rama does not need this kind of opposition to remove Berisha from Parliament. Does this man not realize that he is harming himself?
