Analyst Mentor Nazarko commented on the investigations against former Prime Minister Berisha. He said that Berisha is blackmailing with all the possible weapons he has in his position.
Nazarko emphasized that Berisha tried to package the investigation against him as a violation of the rights of the opposition.
Excerpts from the studio conversation:
Nazarko: Berisha is blackmailing with all the possible weapons he has in his position. But forceful behavior to fulfill the "obligation to appear" will not bring any new facts. I say that judges and prosecutors do not come from heaven. Within SPAK, even though it is a small institution, there may be two currents.
Zheji: For the judge, we have no data on whether she bought it at a lower price than the market. He bought an apartment on the free market.
Nazarko: We must give time for SPAK to act properly.
Zheji: Berisha pretends to show strength, but he is desperate. There are people who want to see this gentleman as desperate as possible.
Minxhozi: Berisha does what he knows how to do, this is a character and he has been cultivating this kind of behavior for 30 years. But I believe that a key to reading what SPAK is not doing is indirectly his behavior. Sali Berisha has tried to package the investigation against him and his son-in-law as a colossal violation of the rights of the opposition. He has compiled a list that is only now starting to be implemented, the rights of the opposition to have the chairman of the defined group, to have Investigative Commissions, to determine the problem of the emblem and coat of arms, adding a transversal charge for the entire Rama family. All members of the Rama family what they do. So these can have an effect on SPAK. His game is to politically package his investigation against SPAK, to raise charges, starting with the Prosecutors and judges.
