Lawyer Spartak Ngjela, commenting on the "Reestablishment" National Assembly, stated that Sali Berisha no longer has a party.
In an interview for 'Euronews Albania', he said that the speech given by Argita Malltezi, the daughter of former Prime Minister Berisha, in the Parliament, is only valid as a credo in case they can sometimes take the democratic party again, since according to the lawyer, she is not currently in the hands of Berisha.
"There is no Saliu party. There is no legal party. what support is there? even the deputies did not go. It is association so far. It is a political association, not a political party. You become a political party when you receive the decision from the Court. The political party is a legal entity. The party is the old one. That Saliu could take. Did you see how he entered the election? He was with Meta's party. Mrs. Malltezi's speech has no value. It is valid as a credo in case he ever takes the democratic party, but in my opinion he did well" , said lawyer Spartak Ngjela.
