Analyst Skënder Minxhozi has commented on former Prime Minister Berisha's decision not to appear even today at SPAK regarding the investigation file for the privatization of the former "Partizani" sports complex.
Minxhozi said that former Prime Minister Berisha has never accepted to be questioned by justice, while he said that a second procedural decision is needed as it is directly related to the reputation of SPAK.
"Berisha's behavior is recidivism towards justice in this form. If we grasp the events, they begin in the distant year '92. Berisha has never agreed to be questioned by justice. He has not agreed to speak in the premises of Albanian justice. Even Lulzim Basha did not expel him, but simply suspended him, and Berisha's reaction was what we saw.
