Publicist Namir Lapardhaja has spoken about the current political situation and the 2025 parliamentary elections.
He stated that he does not see the opposition winning in the 2025 elections, while stating that DP and PL are penalized by the fact that they have connected their fates with the criminal fate of Berisha.
According to him, even the DP deputies themselves are aware that they will not win, but they lined up with him to secure a deputy seat in the next elections.
"The opposition should not associate fate with problematic figures who have their problems from the past and not from their activity as opposition to justice. In this sense, I think that since he did not know how to separate from the past. The opposition has been penalized either by the fate of Berisha or by the fate of Meta. Berisha's 3-year action at the head of the DP to undo it and take it among himself, I think, has discouraged the opposition vote. Today, despite the huge corruption, the huge blows that the majority has received, the popular dissatisfaction, there is no Albanian who thinks that this opposition will win the government. Even Berisha's MPs themselves know this, but they were forced to line up behind Berisha in order to have a safe MP seat, regardless of what happens on May 11", said Lapardhaja for "Report TV".
Beyond Berisha and Meta, Lapardhaja emphasizes that the opposition parties must come together in a coalition with the aim of overthrowing Rama.
"I would hope that the new political forces will gather in a common camp, beyond Berisha and Meta, with the aim of overthrowing the majority with Rama, and have as a common standard the relations with the international factor, but also the support for the new justice" , he expressed.
