Lawyer Romeo Kara says that the "Partizani" file will go to trial, although it is being dragged out by the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha.
In an interview for "Last Minute" on ABC News, Kara stated that Berisha should no longer be tolerated.
"I think this delay is a game with the procedure by the party itself, using lawyers. It should not be tolerated and if Berisha's side wants to go beyond the elections, I think the matter will go to trial. It is a shame for Albanian justice. It cannot be tolerated to this point. We should no longer deal with Berisha's promises, but what has Berisha done. I do not deal with tails like Gjin Gjoni, a tool of Berisha. I deal with Berisha. The term corruption is not enough for Berisha. It is unacceptable for this person to speak in this way," he stressed.
