The Albanian territory will be under the influence of stable atmospheric conditions during the morning, bringing long intervals of clear weather, excluding the extreme north and northeast where dense cloudiness is expected which will generate moments with snowflakes. It is predicted that the afternoon hours and the following will increase cloudiness throughout the country's territory, where it will be most visible in the mountainous areas along the eastern border.
Air temperatures will experience a slight drop in the morning, but remain constant at noon, fluctuating daily values from 1°C lowest value to 19°C maximum value in the territory. The wind will blow light and medium at speeds up to 35 km/h from a mainly southwesterly direction; creating 1 - 2 waves on the sea coasts.

Throughout the 24-hour period, the Republic of Kosovo will be dominated by stable air masses, bringing clear weather during the morning hours, while the second part of the day will bring more frequent cloudiness, however, no precipitation is expected. There will be dense fog along the valleys in the early morning hours. Meanwhile, air temperatures will experience a slight drop in the morning, but remain constant at noon, fluctuating daily values from -1°C, the minimum recorded in the city of Podujeva, to 12°C, the maximum value that will be recorded in Gjakova. The wind will blow lightly in the morning, but strengthen during the afternoon, reaching a maximum speed of up to 40 km/h from a permanent southwesterly direction.
North Macedonia
The Republic of MV will be presented under the predominance of clear weather throughout the morning, but the afternoon hours will bring frequent cloudiness in most of MV, more focused in the northern and northeastern areas, however, no precipitation is expected. Air temperatures will experience a slight drop in the morning, but remain constant at noon, fluctuating daily values from -1°C minimum value to 12°C maximum value in the territory. The wind will blow lightly during the morning, but strengthens in the second part of the day, reaching maximum speeds of over 40 km/h from the Southwest direction.
Europe
The development of two low-pressure centers in the north and northwest of the continent will bring strong wind storms and heavy rainfall to the Scandinavian Peninsula, the Iberian Peninsula and the British Isles. The European Alps and their surrounding areas will also be affected by cloudiness and rain and snow, bringing frost, while clear weather and few clouds will prevail in the Apennine Peninsula, the Balkan region and the Peloponnese Peninsula.
