A fire broke out in a building this afternoon in neighborhood no. 7 of Durrës. It is learned that the fire broke out on the second floor of a building in the area known as Çezma e Ferrës. The cause of the fire is still unknown, but it is suspected that an electrical device is the cause.
Meanwhile, fire brigade and an ambulance have arrived at the scene.
It is reported that two elderly women were in the apartment. One got out on her own and the other with the help of firefighters, while it is reported that no one was injured. The elderly woman and a resident of a floor above were taken to the hospital but do not present any health problems.
The investigation team is working to determine the cause of the fire.
