Former general Vladimir Qirjazi, who has become the protagonist of the SPAK file regarding the investigations into the privatization of the former Partizani complex, has broken his silence.
Asked by the media about this issue, Qirjazi reacted to the accusations of former Prime Minister Berisha that he had blocked the process of privatization of the Partizani complex, while emphasizing that after the dismissal of the commander of logistics support, he was appointed deputy commander in United Force in FA.
"As a state employee in an important position at that time, I spoke with letters, which I left in the institution I ran and which I believe are also in the prosecution's file. What is being talked about is not that I blocked the process, but why this property was given.
I handed over the post of logistics support commander on September 9, 2009 and received another important post in the FA (deputy commander of the United Force). I was UNJUSTLY released from the FA (on the proposal of the former SHP, Mr. Xhemal Gjunkshi and the former Minister of Defense, Arben Imami) by decree of the president of the time, Mr. Bamir Topi on December 16, 2011", explains Qirjazi .
We recall that in the SPAK file, Qirjazi is said to have disagreed with the privatization of this property, while in his testimony he said that he was unfairly dismissed by the Berisha government.
