The next track being investigated: the drug money, usury and call center circuit...

Yesterday evening, in the super-luxury “Long Hill Residence” complex near Lundra, Kliton Sulçe, 38, known as the owner of several call centers suspected of fraud schemes, entered a neighborhood bar and hit 19-year-old Kristi Fufi, the son of former Democratic MP Mhill Fufi, with a baseball bat. The attack, filmed by security cameras, lasted a few minutes, but left the victim with multiple fractures to his head and body.
Although the incident qualifies as "intentional serious injury", the Prosecution proceeded with Kliton Sulca at large, sparking controversy over the standards of justice when big money and politically connected names are at stake.
Who is Kliton Sulçe, known as 'The Chinese'? Businessman with call center offices in Tirana, indicted several times for financial fraud, but not troubled by the authorities. Police sources claim that Sulçe lives in luxury and maintains connections with influential people in the administration, which has allowed him to get through every scandal without criminal consequences so far.
Investigation track: Officially, the police have not made the motive public, but the investigation team is also verifying the debt variant related to the victim's family circle. Kristi Fufi comes from what investigators record as the "Fufët e Mamurrasi"; a family filed by international partners as part of a cocaine trafficking network in Britain and Western Europe. The operational files also mention usury activities and money laundering in construction in Albania. Investigators do not rule out that the conflict with Sulçë was sparked by debt issues between people close to both parties, although this remains only a track under examination.
What to expect? The forensic examination of the 19-year-old's injuries will determine whether the case will be aggravated, while authorities have requested data on the assets of the two families. If it is discovered that the call center money and the suspected investments of the "Fufi" clan intersect, the case should be transferred to SPAK.
For now, the victim is fighting in the hospital, the aggressor is at large, and the police have a clear video of the attack, but still no definitive answer as to why Long Hill turned into a bloodbath within minutes. /Pamphlet
