Analyst Skënder Minxhozi spoke about DASH's statement, which gave a 'cold shower' to Athens, saying that only Albanian justice should be dealt with in the "Beleri" case.

"Of course it will serve. A few days ago it was the EU, which expressed its lack of will to intervene in the Albanian justice system and left the issue out of politics.
Meanwhile, the latest American position reconfirms the fact that the USA, beyond the "Beleri" case, has a specific feature, the USA are the main sponsors of the justice reform in Albania, it would be a small suicide for them if they were to ask for something like this.
They would greatly spoil the image of the new justice, which has recently dealt with the case in question.
This is also an indirect assessment of our new justice system, which is not only investigating Beler, but also a number of important officials," said Minxhozi.
Regarding the possibility of Athens "putting its hands" into the census that will take place in Albania, Minxhozi said that such a thing theoretically exists, but expressed that he believes that this process will continue normally.
"At the moment when ethnicity is a component left to the will of those who register, theoretically there is such a possibility. As I said, religion and ethnicity in the Balkans are old and new weapons.
If you confirm to them that in the territory of your neighbor you have a population that derives from you as a state and this population is as large as possible, this factor in a clash between states could be used for pressure.
I am convinced that this process will continue normally," he said.
