After protesting for 4 days in the Velipoja area, the residents of this village appeared today at the doors of SPAK.
They demand the halt of construction work on a restaurant owned by Bashkim Ulaj.
According to residents, this investment is being carried out on their inherited lands.
This is the second time that these residents have appeared at SPAK.
We recall that, on March 25th of last year, they also filed a criminal complaint against the construction firm, as well as against those people who are suspected of having falsified property documents in Baks-Rrjoll.
MP Redi Muçi also joined the residents' protest in front of SPAK.
MP Muçi criticized other opposition MPs and sent them a message that today they should be on the side of the residents and not just demand the resignation of Belinda Balluku.
"These people are demanding justice. Their property is being seized with the signature of Rama and Balluk. Anyone who calls themselves opposition in this country should be here and in support of these people and not only demand the resignation of Balluk, anyone who is an opposition member should be here in support of these people. My initiative as a subject of 'Movement Together' is to be by their side in every step they take, but also by initiating requests and letters for clarification. It is a violation of the law, it is being built when there is no court decision," said Muçi.
