Democratic Party MP, Oerd Bylykbashi, appeared on Tuesday morning at the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime.
The reasons for the appearance in SPAK of the Democratic MP, who is also the vice president of the DP, are still unknown.
Bylykbashi's appearance at SPAK may be related to the complaints that the DP has made regarding the May 11 elections, where according to data he has denounced several violations in the Durrës district.
SPAK, on the other hand, has launched investigations related to January 21, 2011, where several former officials from that time have been called to give their testimonies.
At the time, Bylykbashi held the role of Director of the Cabinet of Prime Minister Sali Berisha. The latter is also expected to appear before the Special Prosecution Office in the coming days as a person who may have knowledge of the circumstances of the incident.
