Journalist Ferdinand Dervishi, speaking on the show 'Të Pashoj' regarding the wiretapping by SPAK of the member of the Constitutional Court, Gent Ibrahimi, said that there is nothing extraordinary in this story.
Dervishi said that the issue being raised is because SPAK should go to these people, who are among the most powerful.
"From the document that the Pamphlet has published, it is seen that there are suspicions that there may have been pressure on the members of the Constitutional Court for SKY ECC.
"A very strong intervention was observed, not to overthrow, but to fix something between the lines. And from my sources it is noted that from what was said during the trial and in the written decision, there was a relaxation between the lines, that is, there were changes," said Dervishi.
He considered wiretapping to be legal, as judges, even members of the Constitutional Court, are equal before the law.
"30 days have passed and the decision has not been clarified. This is one reason that SPAK may have acted, applying wiretapping. The clarified decision will determine whether this investigation will continue or change. If the clarified decision has problems, there is no question that the investigation will continue," he said.
