
Today, the conclusions of the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana were disclosed, where it was concluded that the violence that was exercised against two members of the Maja tribe by members of the Rraja tribe, did not endanger their lives, even though they had broken bones in the head and body.
The prosecutor's office has requested to change the charge against the members of the Rraja tribe, family members of the former deputy of the SP, Rrahman Rraja, changing it from "intentional serious injury, in cooperation" to "intentional minor injury".
" On 08.07.2023, the Prosecutor's Office of the Tirana Judicial District registered the criminal proceedings against the persons under investigation, Ineid Rraja, Andi Rraja, Eni Kullaj, Perparim Rraja, Xhelal Rraja, Flamur Rraja, Rexhep Rraja, Klajdi Rraja and Edison Meta for the criminal offense "Deliberate serious injury", in cooperation.
The persons under investigation in question, at noon on 06.07.2023, attacked citizens Jashar and Bilbil Maja with strong means.
Through the data and conclusions of the forensic examination act, it is learned that, on the body of the citizen Jashar Maja, a wound was found on the scalp as well as collapse of the soft tissues of the head and body, injuries caused by a strong tool of the king, which they were not life-threatening at the time of their occurrence and as such fall into the category of those injuries that have resulted in a temporary loss of ability to work, to the extent of more than nine days.
While through the data and conclusions of the forensic medical examination act, it is known that in the body of the citizen Bilbil Maja, a fracture of the frontal-parietal bones of the right side of the head was found, without damage to the brain tissue, wounds on the scalp, fracture of the ulnar bone of the left forearm as well as collapse of the soft tissues of the head and body, injuries caused by a strong tool, which were not life-threatening at the time of infliction and as such fall into the category of those injuries , which have resulted in the loss of temporary ability to work, to the extent of more than nine days. Based on the medical criteria, provided in the law, the injuries of citizens Jashar and Bilbil Maja, classify the criminal offense committed against them as "Intentional minor injury", provided by article 89 of the Criminal Code.", it is stated in the letter of the prosecution.
