Supreme Court towards completion, Vojsava Kola is elected the new member

The Supreme Court is moving towards completion, while a new member has recently been added; Vojsava Kola (Osmanaj).

"The judicial body of the Supreme Court welcomes the new member, judge Vojsava Kola (Osmanaj)" - the announcement states.

With the new appointment, the institution of justice becomes 18 members (together with Klodian Kurushi who is in the HLGJ), out of 19 members that should be in its composition, according to the decision-making of the HLGJ. The members elected so far are:

The decision marks another positive step towards the full functionality of the Supreme Court, taking it out of the danger zone after 6 years of inability to fully exercise its basic functions and fulfill the mission guaranteed by the Constitution.
