The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has requested the measure 'Arrest in prison' for Majlinda Dehiman, the educator of the private kindergarten in Tirana, who is accused of raping the 3-year-old, breaking her leg.
In the announcement of the prosecution, it is stated that the measure was taken after examining the cameras and receiving the legal expert report. The educator, Majlinda Dehiman, is accused of the criminal offense of 'Mistreatment of minors'.
Meanwhile, it is learned that the police executed the arrest warrant and handcuffed the educator.
" The Tirana Prosecutor's Office requests 'Arrest in prison' for the MD citizen for the Criminal Offense of 'Mistreatment of a minor'. The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of General Jurisdiction Tirana requested the appointment of the security measure "Arrest in prison" provided by article 238 of the Penal Code, for the person under investigation MD, for the criminal offense "Mistreatment of minors", provided by article 124/b/1 of the Criminal Code.
This measure was requested immediately after taking delivery today, on dt. 09.11.2023, of the minutes for the review of film footage (usb), which was held on 08.11.2023. With letter no. 9538/1 prot., dt. 08.11.2023, recorded in the Prosecutor's Office with no. 10983 prot., dt. 09.11.2023, the Institute of Forensic Medicine, forwarded the act of medical-legal expertise.
The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of General Jurisdiction in Tirana is carrying out other procedural actions for documenting the fact, within the framework of criminal proceedings no. 7527, registered after the report on the basis of the materials referred by the Tirana District Police Directorate, Police Station No. 1, for the Criminal Offense "Mistreatment of minors", provided for by Article 124/bi of the Criminal Code, the prosecution informs .
