The Special Prosecutor's Office sent to trial 3 Italian citizens who are accused of money laundering in collaboration with businessman Rezart Taçi.
For the same file, the latter is being judged separately, as the Court has previously sentenced two of his close people, Artur Balla and Bledar Lilo.
SPAK asks the Court to take the citizens Francesco Zummo, Fabio Petruzzella and Daniele Cestagalli as defendants.
SPAK says that these people, together with Taci and his people, tried to launder 18 million euros in Albania.
For the transfer and concealment of the monetary amount, it was done against the promise of receiving the monetary benefit in the amount of 16%, in relation to the monetary amount that was transferred to Albania and that would continue to be transferred to other countries.
