Dervishi: From what we read in the file, it's about the Llogara tunnel. It seems to be a practice, it's been analyzed how it went from start to finish, and the accusation seems like the Minister and her people have made a tender that has taken it to where they want it to be, this is what the file provides as a panorama.
The idea is that they rigged the tender, so that someone they want wins, disqualifying others. That's the essence of that whole file.
There were various jokes there, which took the portals and tore them to pieces. The accusation is a violation of equality in tenders.

As I read the file, it is a way to attract the attention of the special prosecution, to stir up the political world in Albania. I think it is political food.
All files have at their core a benefit, something that flows. There is none here. In the ministers of this government, only this one goes for violation of equality in tenders, the others are corruption and so on. This article starts from zero days in prison. It is different from the other files.
Dervishi: This is not the data, did he receive this much or not. What is understood is that it was taken from someone with less money and given to someone with more.
