Analyst Frrok Çupi has commented on the political positions of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, describing them as an open war against Western values.
According to him, the leader of the DP is against the West and the European Union and this is the reason he attacks foreign ambassadors.
" Together with Meta, Berisha is waging a war that is fundamentally sexist. Politically, he has never loved the West and the European Union. You cannot wage war against gender equality in a European state. The attack he makes on the West is very open. This is the man who fights against Western values in every aspect," he said.
Referring to the political situation and local elections, the analyst emphasized the lack of real opposition on the ground.
"In these days we have not seen a proper election campaign. The DP and the opposition parties do not have any candidates, because they are not ready to serve the citizen," Çupi said on "Abcnews"
According to him, the Socialist Party has not run a noisy campaign either, because people already trust it.
"The SP seems not to have seen fit to run a campaign, but it is guaranteed that people believe it. Obviously, there is no premonition or shadow anywhere that could win something there that does not exist, such as the opposition," concluded Çupi.
