The builder Fatmir Bektashi, the partner of Jamarbër Malltez, the son-in-law of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, appeared at the premises of the Special Prosecutor's Office (SPAK) on Monday morning.
Bektashi was seen entering the premises of SPAK and this is the first time that he has appeared since the security measure was imposed by GJKKO. He must appear on the first and third Monday of the month, as determined by the court.
This Monday, former Prime Minister Sali Berisha was supposed to appear in SPAK, but he refused to do something like that.
