Stock files, Artan Hoxha: Amounts of up to 30 thousand euros are paid to bring

Journalist Artan Hoxha has raised concerns regarding stock files and the functioning of the justice system.

According to him, today up to 30 thousand euros are paid just to bring the trial date closer, without guaranteeing justice. The journalist adds that previously such a practice did not exist, while after the justice reform this phenomenon not only has not disappeared, but has become significantly more expensive.

"Previously, there was no need to pay a penny to bring the trial date closer. This was not a procedure. Now it is 30 thousand euros. Not to give you justice, but only to bring the trial date closer so that you have the opportunity to go to another court. After these reform actions were taken, don't think it stopped. The fee has simply increased, as Trump did, reaching 30%, 40%, 50%, the same thing happened there. Because in itself, I said, the system cannot regulate an instrument. What we are asking of SPAK and the GjKKO. They cannot do the system. Can't they do that? And if the whole system doesn't function, as I see it, Mr. Dumani himself does not do the report.

Of course you read it in front but there is someone else behind who does it. And in that report if you take it in turn and say that customs and taxes have not filed reports, then you don't need to file a report. You do it yourself. You follow the media, you use a saying and a media and you start it mainly. Well, Mr. Bravo did this differently in the first days if I saw it from his predecessor", Hoxha said for "A2 CNN".

Artan Hoxha also spoke about the costs incurred by the state budget by erroneous administrative decisions. He mentioned cases of unfair dismissals, where the courts have ruled in favor of employees and today the administration pays two or three salaries for the same position, without anyone being penalized.

"Yes, we have not yet reached the Supreme Court. Let's not go to Strasbourg for these kinds of issues, these kinds of issues. In this specific case, Rama is within his right as prime minister to consider the excessive spending. They have taken on a case on their own in 2022 and have gone to court again because there is no other way. The court is whether we like it or not. We have thousands of jobs in the administration that are paid two and three times the salary because someone else was unfairly dismissed. The court has ruled in his favor and you have three directors in one position and no one has been penalized. So we have this. But I have not heard the prime minister raise this concern about unfair dismissals that turn into costs and their costs are very high. I am not talking about arbitration decisions. But this has come about because of wrong decisions by the government. So that is tens and hundreds of millions of euros," the journalist said.
