Criminalistics expert Ervin Karamuço said that in the last two years, in the vast majority of murders committed, criminal groups in Albania have not been massively involved.
" If we look at the figures, in the last two years, there are crimes and murders, which very rarely involved criminal groups ", he said.
Invited to the show "360 Degrees" on ABC News, he emphasized that these figures show that criminal groups have made agreements with each other to avoid violent clashes.
" These figures show that from 2021, they show that there are criminal groups that have made an agreement to avoid clashes ," said Karamuço.
According to Karamuço, it is not excluded that the criminal groups have found a deal between them, at least temporarily.
"They came to an agreement temporarily ", he said in "360 Degrees".
